Skate and BMX Strategic Development and Operational Plan

#Overview
Plan C led a pioneering approach to BMX and skate facility development and management, integrated with Council planning and organisational processes.
Through the ‘top down’ strategic and ‘bottom up’ collaborative approach, the plan guided the successful delivery of appropriate skate and BMX facilities across the Gold Coast for ten years, enabling young people to take ownership of these assets.
