Planning Scheme Review – Character and Urban Design Study

#Overview
Plan C are working with design firm McGregor Coxall on the character and urban design study for the planning scheme review, leading the engagement process with Council and key stakeholders.
The purpose of this project is to identify urban design principles and place-based character values relevant to Gympie Region’s communities. The project will provide direction for the development of new planning scheme provisions to protect key values and support well designed, liveable communities into the future.
