Carpentaria Land Council Aboriginal Corporation Land and Environment Strategic Plan

#Overview
Plan C developed with Carpentaria Land Council Aboriginal Corporation (CLCAC) a Land and Environmental Strategic Plan, supporting ranger operations and CLCAC work caring for Country.
The plan takes into consideration the program’s achievements, updated priorities, as well as developing new strategies and actions that capitalise and build upon existing assets, identified opportunities, organisational capabilities and resources.
Plan C engaged with the CLCAC Senior Management Group, key staff, CLCAC Directors and Rangers, through interviews and workshops, to inform the development of the plan and get a holistic view of the organisation's operations. The Plan identifies the Land and Environment Unit's vision, aspirations, and associated strategies and actions for achievement. The plan outlines a planning hierarchy of supporting documentation to inform operations, from Healthy Country Plan to Operational Plan, as well as identifies a range of key projects of high strategic importance and catalytic impact to enable organisational growth and capacity expansion.
