#Overview

The Ewamian Strategic Plan 2022-2027 provides the overarching guidance, direction and planning for the future of the organisation over the next five years.

Following the successful implementation of the Ewamian Strategic Plan 2016-2021 prepared by Plan C, Ewamian Limited required a new Strategic Plan to deliver on their aspirations and priorities for the next five years. Plan C worked with the Board of Ewamian Limited to update the previous plan and identify new priorities for Ewamian People.

The plan outlines the vision, aspirations and priorities for Ewamian Limited, identified through engagement with the Ewamian Limited Board and review of the previous plan. The 2022-2027 Strategic Plan focuses on six key priorities for Ewamian Limited, and identifies an action plan to achieve these priorities. One of the key priorities for Ewamian Limited is the expansion of the Talaroo Hot Springs tourism development, which opened in 2021 and has been incredibly successful.
