#Overview
Planning, engagement and research to support the identification and resourcing of community's economic, governance, environment and culture priorities.
Plan C worked with Tagalaka Aboriginal Corporation (TAC) developing their Tagalaka Community Plan 2014-2019, outlining six strategies and recommendations for the following five-year period.
In 2019, this document was revisited and updated as the TAC Strategic Plan 2020-2025, identifying the key priorities of TAC Directors and recommending implementation pathways toward the realisation of organisational goals to 2025.
This plan included a technical assessment of property assets to inform future land uses, and will be an important tools in future funding decisions and in working with key stakeholders in the region.

The TAC Strategic Plan 2020-2025, presented over four volumes including Consultation Outcomes, Property Inventory and land-use strategies, a public summary version and a TAC Director’s version.
