Plan C is engaging the community surrounding a residential townhouse development in Carrara at the Gold Coast.
Plan C is assisting VentureCrowd by undertaking community engagement to open the line of communication with neighbouring residents, clarifying the development rights on the site and how the design has taken the existing residents and land uses into consideration.
Plan C is informing the adjoining residents with factual messaging to alleviate concerns and establishing relationships to maintain lines of communication with residents and the wider community throughout the construction period to address concerns as they arise.
