Plan C reviewed activity and service provision to evaluate the youth project's effectiveness in engaging young people and creating a sustainable model, and provided recommendations for future delivery.
The Bribie Island Youth Project was initiated by the City of Moreton Bay in 2021 to pilot community development and program initiatives to increase opportunities and support available to young people on Bribie Island. The Bribie Project was a response to the identified gap in the provision of community-based youth programs, facilities and services to the Bribie Island community.
Plan C designed the evaluation framework and delivered qualitative analysis of project documentation and engagement outcomes to complete the review. Engagement activities delivered include targeted stakeholder interviews, online surveys and workshops.

Surveyed students and teachers to gain feedback and shape recommendations.
Completed comparative analysis of demographic changes within the regional context over the life of the Project.
Developed evaluation framework to set out a systematic approach to achieve the objectives of the review.
