Project details:

• Developing plans and strategies for community engagement and carrying out comprehensive formal and informal engagement with the people of Borroloola, 76% of whom identify as being indigenous.
• Identifying, developing, managing and establishing partnerships with communities and stakeholders to establish projects and programs that align with the current focus of the Trust.
• Working with the Trust to facilitate enterprise and job creation, including tourism and ecotourism, regional development, small business incubation and development including agribusiness, environmental rehabilitation and establishing private enterprises.
• Working with partners to generate investment proposals and grant applications and managing project and grant delivery.
• Identify, lead and implement investments and developments on behalf of the Trust.
• Preparing and presenting Annual Plans and Reviews, attending quarterly board meetings and providing advice to the board on community development and commercial practice.
